    Kids class at CrossFit Brand X-Birthplace of CrossFit Kids

    Warm up:
    Four corners
    Trainer  calls a  cone, kids run to it and do the corresponding exercise
    1: burpees
    2: squats
    3: tuck jumps
    4: situps
    5 reps
     Focus:
    Walking Lunge
    Wod:
    10 floppies
    5 walking lunges
    Shuttle run
    Game:
    Dodgeball with a twist
     log roll dodgeball to get the ball, you can roll the ball or throw it but only from the belly and if the ball hits you just like dodgeball go do the corresponding exercise
