Balloon Fun!
Focus: Goblet Squats with balloon
Warm-up: Partners face each other and toss ballon to each other/taking a step back each time. If dropped – 1 burpee (not on balloon)
WOD 3 Rounds
Don’t drop the balloon baby
5 walking lunges with ballon overhead or held to chest
3 press to the sky with balloon
walk down mat line holding balloon in press position
5 goblet squats
Balloon Bonanza: Trainer throws balloon into the air and children work together to keep balloon in the air. More balloons are added as time passes. Once the balloon(s) touch the ground, kids do five reps of a movement called by trainer. Once the movements are completed, the game begins again.
