Focus:
Burpees ( Go through the whole movement)

Warm-Up :
Burpee Melee; Bags are scattered around room. While music is going kids run/skip/jump along the outside of room When music stops, kids must find a bag and do 3 jump over burpees

WOD:
AMRAP
(3-5 mins)
3 Burpees
3 Bear crawls to cone and back (approx. 10 meters)

GAME:

Sponge Bob Sponge Toss
(Warn Parents ahead of time that the kids will be getting wet)
Can use regular sponge or make sponge balls for added fun

Have buckets of water for refills.
In teams the kids get the sponge balls really wet and then toss back and forth with a their partner, taking a step back each time ball is caught. 3 squats if ball is dropped
