Preschool class @CrossFit Brand X- Birthplace of CrossFit Kids!

Focus:
Show and Tell – Burpees
Kids take turns teaching the burpees

Warm Up:
Simon Says

WOD:
“Having a Ball”

4 cones at each corner of room with bucket in the middle and balls in between the buckets and cones.
AMRAP (3-5 min)
Lunge to first cone – 1 burpee -pick up a ball and try to toss into bucket
Skip to 2nd cone – 1 burpee- pick up a ball and try to toss into bucket
Side shuffle to 3rd cone -1 burpee pick up ball & try to toss into bucket
Broad jump to 4th cone – 1 burpee pick up ball & try to toss into bucket
Game:
CrossFit Kids Bowling
Using water bottles (full) as pins and 4-6# med ball as the bowling ball. Each child gets two chances to roll the bowling ball. After the two rolls, all kids, but bowler, do as many of a single exercise as total pins knocked down. You can let the bowler choose the exercise or can be trainer’s choice.
